How it works:
The HR department helps bring together a group of 6 to 8 leaders who would benefit from working together. Participants can come from a single function or be a cross-functional group. Target group-specific issues, such as a current business challenge (e.g. "Remote Leadership") or cultural development, can be agreed in advance with HR.
The process begins with a kick-off meeting, in which the main topic and the way of working are agreed, and in which the participants undertake to support each other through a first learning trip of 6 personal or online meetings.
Each 90-minute session is a mixture of brief inputs, break-out groups, reflection sessions and peer consulting on topics of current importance. Tasks may need to be done between sessions.
