My mission is to get people connected to what they love to do and making that visible to others. That, in turn, creates new opportunities  based on a stronger sense of purpose and increased well-being.
My passion is to serve and support others by applying 22 years  of executive coaching experience and drawing on 36 years of business and leadership experience.
I apply my skills and experience in a range of contexts, including coaching of leaders, leadership teams and business teams, personal branding, career development and leadership development.

With nearly 20 years international work experience, I have managed projects in Europe, Asia and the US and have worked successfully with people from over 50 different countries.
