Why this program?

The foundation for employee engagement is a sense of psychological safety, trust in the organization and well-being.

This is difficult for leaders to create in times of turbulence (VUCA). It is even more challenging when working with remote employees and teams.

Raising and even simply maintaining engagment and thus performance requires a basic understanding of how VUCA affects the brain and an approach for influencing the factors of engagement positively. That is what this program is about.

A systematic approach, inclusing practical "tools", for assessing and positively influencing team members' sense of psychological safety, trust and well-being in a remote setting

Increase your ability to raise the level of engagement, and thus performance, int the team.
Program design
This program is a learning journey that streches over a period of 6 weeks.

The program is centred around Dr. David Rock's SCARF model which explains the core social domains that drive human behaviour.

2 webinars, various assignments, coaching and peer learning faclitate active participation and maximum learning.

Particpants are encouraged to commit to specific actions, follow-up and learning by doing.
